Personal Information
"Personal Information" refers to information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions contained in the information, data on physical features, fingerprints, voiceprints, and the insurer number on health insurance cards, etc., which can identify the specific individual from the information alone (personal identification information).
Method of Collecting Personal Information
The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver's license number when users register to use the Service. Additionally, we may collect transaction records and payment information including users' personal information from our partners (including information providers, advertisers, ad distributors, etc., hereinafter referred to as "partners").

Change of Purpose of Use

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent of the user, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws:

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be considered third parties:
a. When the Company entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use
b. When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to merger or other reasons.
c. When personal information is used jointly between specific persons, and this fact, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of the persons jointly using the information, the purpose of use of the persons using the information, and the name or title of the person responsible for the management of the personal information have been notified to the person in advance, or the person is in a state where they can easily know this information.
Disclosure of Personal Information
When the Company is requested by the person to disclose personal information, the Company will disclose this information to the person without delay. However, if disclosing the information corresponds to any of the following, all or part of the information may not be disclosed, and if a decision not to disclose is made, the Company will notify the person of this decision without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per case will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
