・The establishment of a sales contract includes requests made verbally, via email, in writing, or through chat functions on social media and other apps.

・Please note that unauthorized cancellations may result in restrictions on future use of our services.

About Cancellation Fees

For Orders of Products Listed on the Site:

If an order is canceled due to customer convenience after placing it, the following cancellation fees will apply. If an order is canceled after the payment deadline has passed, a cancellation fee will be charged due to the loss of sales opportunity caused by 7 days of storage.
